We use the freshest ingredients in all of our dishes. We make every attempt to use lowfat choices whenever possible. We abide by the strictest laws of kashrut and use Bodek Broccoli and Cauliflower exclusively. Our vegetables are thoroughly checked and washed, including all of our lettuce and greens, spinach and celery, as well as our strawberries.
